Total Package: $435.00
The creation of a detailed recording of a client's personal property with unlimited number of digital pictures to document your property.
The creation of a detailed video of the interior and exterior of the subject property. We encourage the client to narrate this video. The video could include items such as outbuildings, pools and other amenities.
This package is a full day of service. Our rate for a full day includes up to six hours of on-site data collection and video time, two hours of office time and two hours of free transportation time.
Database with Digital Pictures: $275.00
The creation of a detailed report of the client's personal property with unlimited number of digital pictures to document your property.
This is a half-day service up to 3 hours of on-site time.
Video Only: $275.00 The creation of a CD of the interior and exterior of the premises. The Client is encouraged to narrate this video. The video could include outbuildings, boats, car collections, etc.
This is a half-day service with up to 3 hours of on-site time.
Business Inventories: $50.00 per hour
This service is charged hourly at $50.00 per hour which includes travel time up to 2 hours. We will provide you with a report of your business inventory on a CD to view on your own computer.
Annual Up-dates: $25.00
We encourage your to revisit your inventory at least once a year to add or delete items. The fee for this service is $25.00 for this yearly update. If you have renovated your home or added another room to your home; a site will be billed at $45.00 per hour.
Atlantic Home Inventory will provide off-site storage of your records in our safe deposit box at no charge to you.
